Impacted canines

Sometimes, the canines (or other teeth) fail to erupt and stay trapped into the bone. During their inclusion or when they try to erupt, these teeth cause a series of issues of infectious, mechanical, reflex or tumour nature, so their extraction is recommended. Other times, an exodontia is performed at a preliminary stage for preventing such problems.

In other cases, a combined surgical and orthodontic treatment will help to lead the tooth to a correct placement.
