The patient is a man suffering from severe periodontal disease, which has caused the loss of his left central incisor and gingival recession in adjacent teeth.

After a thorough anti-infectious treatment to control the periodontitis, an implant placement is conducted, followed by a bone regeneration and a gum graft.

Afterwards, the metal-porcelain crown is placed on the implant, as well as ceramic veneers on the rest of the teeth.

The periodontitis is strictly controlled in every maintenance appointment.
