Young woman. She lost her left central incisor because of a serious endodontic infection.

After doing a bone graft to compensate for the atrophy, the implant is placed. Besides, a gum graft is done at the same time in order to improve the contour of the soft tissues.

Afterwards, a zirconium-porcelain crown is screwed to the implant, giving a natural appearance to the tooth and improving its integration with the surrounding teeth and soft tissues.
