The patient was a man who lost his incisors because of endodontic infections. Due to the bone atrophy he presented, in the first place we resorted to a bone graft to increase the amount of bone, and afterwards four implants were placed in order to replace the four missing upper incisors.

Lastly, the anterior area was restored with four zirconium-porcelain crowns, each one of them supported by an implant. This way, the crowns allowed for good hygiene and the gingival borders looked aesthetic and harmonious.
