Multidisciplinary case: in this case, the severe overcrowding in the lower arch had pushed the incisors out of the limits of the bone contour, giving rise to recession (gum loss).

Invisalign braces were used to align the teeth, creating space by stripping, expanding and shaping the arch. A connective tissue graft was done to cover the recession.
